This event discusses about a broad range of topics in health, fitness and sports, by a distinguished panel of local and international speakers such as:

• ·         Athlete training in the 21st Training by Mr. Gary Vitti (former Head Athletic Trainer, Los Angeles Lakers, and trainer to players such as Magic Johnson, Kobe Bryant, Shaquille O’Neal and others)
• ·         Staying injury free, and in peak physical condition throughout the course of a season:  Injury prevention and injury management by Mr. Alan Ma (Chinese National Team Coach for 2016 Rio Olympics, and coaching players such as Andy Roddick, Peng Shuai, and Asian Rising Stars Zarina Diyas and Zheng Saisai)
• ·         Designing and endurance running programme by Dr. Benedict Tan (Chief of Sports Medicine, Changi General Hospital and Senior Consultant, Changi Sports Medicine Centre and Singapore Sports Medicine Centre)
