The Coach’s Code of Ethics provides guidance to coaches through its three key principles
– Respect for Individuals,
- Responsible Coaching and
- Integrity in Action.
CoachSG seeks the coaches’ active involvement in improving and expanding the existing guidelines to deal with the current and prepare for future demands of the sporting environment. We would also share on Safe Sport practices including news articles involving harassment and abuse within the international and local sporting fraternity and brainstorm for appropriate actions/guidelines based on real-life case studies. The session will allow coaches to understand on how to evaluate risks and create boundaries while coaching so as to prevent themselves from being in a difficult situation. Your inputs are important to us and we look forward to your active participation.
